We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Sushi Roll Maker, Hot Food Staff and Manager in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality sushi rolls and hot food dishes in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to meet customer demands and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Assist with managing the store, including ordering supplies, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a Japanese takeaway shop or similar environment.
  • Able to commit to long-term employment and hold the necessary working rights.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
