Category Management Strategist Opportunity

We're seeking a talented professional to lead our plumber segment. As a key member of our Marketing team, you'll work closely with Sales, Merchant and Category Marketing teams, and industry stakeholders to drive growth, launch innovation, and deliver standout experiences across digital, trade, and professional channels.

  • Develop and execute category management strategies for the plumber segment
  • Lead activation plans and campaigns tailored to this critical trade audience
  • Translate customer insights into actions that increase market share and brand engagement
  • Support new product launches with plumber-focused strategies

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires strong relationship-building skills, a collaborative mindset, and commercial acumen. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.
