About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Coach Captain to join our team in Sydney. As a Coach Captain, you will be responsible for driving a range of coaches across various routes for scheduled services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safety of yourself, your passengers, and your vehicle through consistent adherence to safety protocols.
  • Creating a positive customer experience on every service by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.

Licences / Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current HR driver's license
  • A current Driver's Authority / Endorsement
  • Demonstrable coach driving experience
  • An outstanding safety focus and commitment to your fitness for duty
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong time management skills
  • Mechanical knowledge (desirable)
