Job Role Overview

A creative marketing specialist is sought to lead content creation for a portfolio of brands, utilizing their expertise in digital marketing and social media management.

This role offers the opportunity to develop engaging content strategies and assets, working closely with a team to drive commercial growth across various brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive content calendars, balancing paid and organic strategies across multiple brands.
  • Lead the creative pipeline, overseeing content production, scheduling, and optimisation for social media and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with brand partners and the Digital Growth team to create compelling content that meets business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of digital assets, enhancing brand value and driving commercial growth.
  • Leverage editing and marketing tools to produce high-quality content in-house.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve digital marketing skills.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in marketing and/or paid media industry.
  • Marketing tertiary qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven success in social media management and executing digital campaigns that drive results.
  • Proficiency in creative editing software, such as Adobe Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and workflow management platforms.
  • Current driver's license and ability to travel within designated regions.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, EDM & SMS platforms, and website CMS (WordPress).
