Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Growth Strategist to shape our marketing engine from day zero. This is a rare opportunity to define our market position, and translate an ambitious vision into a go-to-market strategy.

This is a hands-on role for a skilled marketer ready to make a significant impact. You will have the autonomy to design, build, and scale the entire marketing function from the ground up.

In close partnership with the founders, you will:

  • Co-architect the GTM Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan, including defining our brand identity and core messaging.
  • Build the Demand Engine: Construct our demand generation function from scratch, launching targeted B2B campaigns to build our initial sales pipeline.
  • Craft Our Narrative: Develop a compelling narrative and create high-impact content that resonates with leaders in highly regulated industries.
  • Owning the Funnel: Implement the foundational marketing tech stack and analytics framework. Establish a data-driven culture, defining the metrics that matter.
  • Establishing Our Brand: Position us as the authoritative thought leader. You will be instrumental in building our brand from the ground up.

You will have built the foundational marketing engine within 12 months. Our brand and narrative will be sharp and resonating with our target market. A predictable pipeline will be fuelling our growth, and we will have a data-backed playbook.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 7+ years of demonstrated success in B2B marketing for enterprise software or complex SaaS.
  • Possesses a true 'founder's mentality' - thriving on autonomy and ownership.
  • Is a genuine player-coach: able to architect a high-level strategy and execute the details with precision.
  • Excels at translating technical concepts into compelling value propositions.
  • Is data-obsessed, using analytics for strategic insights.
  • Is ambitious, deeply passionate about AI, and energised by the challenge of building a category-defining technology company.
