About the role

This is not a role for a digital 'maintainer' — it's a chance to architect, implement, and integrate the systems that will power Glass Ladder's next chapter. You'll scope requirements, select fit-for-purpose platforms, and stitch together a seamless digital ecosystem spanning:

  • Website & customer experience - content management and optimisation
  • CRM & data - ensuring clean, usable information for marketing, sales, and program delivery
  • Learning management systems - creating a user-friendly platform for leadership programs and online learning
  • Ecommerce functionality - enabling easy access and purchase of programs and products
  • AI & automation tools - driving efficiency and scalability across operations

Alongside this foundation work, you'll support the delivery of digital campaigns, webinars, and client-facing platforms — ensuring the organisation has the systems and confidence to grow.

About you

You are a digital builder and problem-solver who thrives on creating systems that scale. You're experienced across platforms (CMS, CRM, LMS, ecommerce, email marketing, social); you are confident scoping needs, integrating tools, and ensuring the client experience is seamless. Ideally, you are a self-starter with demonstrated capability in working within a start-up environment. You enjoy working in entrepreneurial settings, rolling up your sleeves, and delivering practical, lasting solutions.
