Dedicated Elderly Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to older people and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
- You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people and be part of a supportive team environment.
- Assist with personal care such as showering and dressing
- Support day-to-day tasks like eating and social activities
- Work collaboratively with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with your team to optimize residents' health and wellbeing
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
- Effective communication skills
- A reliable team player
- A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
