Overview
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our friendly team in delivering direct client services to residents.
As a Direct Care Worker - Residential, you'll need strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. You’ll often assist aged, frail, or disabled individuals with limited supervision.
In this role, you will be a vital part of our dedicated team, providing support and collaboration to ensure the best care for our residents. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you
Essential Criteria
Successful candidates will have completed an AQF Certificate III relevant to the position and be able to prove experience in providing direct care service in a health related field.
