An opportunity has opened for an additional person to fill the position of
Junior Corporate Receptionist
at our head office in West Perth. This is a permanent full-time junior position.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
An enthusiastic demeanour, with excellent communication skills
Confidence to liaise with the public, Managers and Directors of the company as well as team members, clients and contractors
A friendly and pro-active personality; someone who goes out of their way to see what needs to be done and completes tasks in an efficient and organised manner
Microsoft Office skills
Willingness to complete junior reception tasks such as greeting visitors, answering the phone, setting up for meetings, making coffee and general filing.
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, you will be a part of a small supportive administration team in a pleasant working environment.
Full support and training will be provided. This is a great opportunity
