About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at Majella, a conveniently located service on Maundrell Terrace. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children from six weeks old, as well as delivering a distinguished kindergarten program for those in the year before prep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide children with compassionate and attentive care, establishing a secure and inviting environment that fosters a sense of belonging.
  • Design engaging and fun activities that cater to diverse learning styles, promoting a love for learning and exploration.
  • Foster a supportive and united team spirit, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
  • Embark on exciting and memorable field trips, providing children with opportunities to learn and grow in a real-world context.
  • Be enthusiastic about making a positive impact on children's lives, demonstrating a genuine passion for education and care.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma qualified in an ACECQA approved qualification.
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • A passion for the education and care of school-aged children in a play-based environment.
  • Effective workplace communication skills.
