Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing production area, ensuring efficient services to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver manufacturing tasks concerning production performance and needs.
  • Schedule jobs and ensure quality production and deliverables.
  • Develop lean production plans to achieve internal and external production requirements and KPIs.
  • Assist project managers with budget vs actual performance.
  • Support project managers to align production with project needs.
  • Responsible for account management and contributing to local strategy and company culture.
  • Lead and support the manufacturing team of electricians and trade assistants.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized manufacturing area.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in electrical manufacturing, ideally with switchboard experience, and a hands-on approach to managing the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing facility.
