We are seeking a passionate and dedicated registered educator to make a positive impact on the lives of students in a supportive environment.

Working Relationship
- Collaborate with students who have found it difficult to engage with mainstream education
- Re-engage students with learning, improve literacy and numeracy, and focus on each student's next step: return to mainstream, pursue a TAFE/RTO pathway, or enter the workforce
- Enhance classroom effectiveness through professional engagement to achieve improved teaching and learning standards
- Promote an alternative education and strengths-based model to achieve student goals and outcomes
- Support students with a range of learning needs, including disabilities, behavioural disturbances, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD/ADHD, low literacy/numeracy, and mental illness
