About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our clinical care team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering individualized clinical care to our residents, leading and mentoring care and clinical team members, and conducting nursing assessments and developing care plans specific to resident needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Lead and mentor care and clinical team members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care standards.
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop personalized care plans that meet resident needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional nursing advice and support to residents and their families, ensuring their concerns are addressed and their needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with fellow Nurses and treating Health Professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA Registration and a bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in aged care.
  • Proficiency in using various systems, including online care management programs.
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and recent flu vaccination.
