Job Description Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Software Test Analyst Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the required quality standards. This will involve performing functional, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple systems, as well as troubleshooting issues and conducting root cause analysis.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis to support defect resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes.
- Maintain detailed test documentation, including test matrices and traceability.
- Leverage basic SQL skills to validate data and perform back-end testing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a testing and/or change environment.
- Strong understanding of software testing best practices and methodologies.
- Proven experience writing test matrices, test cases, and UAT scripts.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing and regression testing.
- Familiarity with basic SQL for querying and validation.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and manage defects through to resolution.
- Experience working in Agile teams, with understanding of Agile ceremonies and planning.
