Central Support Team Leader

The Central Support Team Leader is a key position within Allens Operations Pty Ltd, responsible for leading a small team to deliver high-quality operational support services. This role requires a strong leader who can promote a high-performance culture and implement processes to enhance standards of work.
Key Responsibilities- Promote a high-performance culture and implement processes to monitor and enhance standards of work.
- Provide operational support to legal operatives, adapting to the changing needs of the business.
- Demonstrate expertise in document production software, including Microsoft applications and DocsCorp.
- Promote ongoing connection and communication between Practice Assistants and legal operatives.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of operational excellence within the Practice Support team.
- Develop and coach Practice Assistants, identifying training and development needs and working with the Central Support Manager and Operations Manager to address these needs.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience working in a legal, finance, accounting, or other professional services firm.
- At least five years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A Business Administration Certificate or equivalent will be highly regarded.
