About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced and passionate After School Care Team Lead to join our team in Caroling Springs.
In this key leadership role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our after school care program, including managing a team of educators, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing a safe and engaging environment for children.
You'll have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative programs that promote learning, creativity, and social skills, while fostering strong relationships with parents, teachers, and the broader community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of children aged 5-12 years
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the after school care program, including roster management, compliance, and administration
- Develop and implement engaging programs that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
- Foster strong relationships with parents, teachers, and the broader community
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience leading and managing teams in a similar context
- A Diploma level or higher qualification in an ACECQA-approved area (or willing to obtain)
- An understanding of how to support children with additional needs
- A national police check and working with children check
- Australian work rights
