Electrical Supervisor Position

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our team in Western Sydney.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to interpret electrical and controls schematics, and liaise with builders, foremen and project managers during contract works.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of electricians and apprentices with exposure to multiple disciplines throughout the electrical trade
  • Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Industrial Control Systems including PLCs, Motor Controls, Robotics
  • Providing service and support for industrial and commercial customers
Key Selection Criteria

To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following essential selection criteria:

  • Relevant trade qualification
  • Relevant Supervisory experience
  • Leadership and Management skills
  • A current NSW Driving Licence
  • Current WHS white card
  • Able to interpret electrical and controls schematics
  • Good knowledge of AS3000 and be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge in all facets of electrical work and a firm commitment to safe work practices
  • Ability to liaise with builders, foremen and project managers during contract works

This is a full-time permanent position within our team. To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated and willing to put in the work needed to complete jobs in a timely manner.
