Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to assume the role of Onsite Wellness Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate logistics for wellness activities, including scheduling, room bookings, ordering resources to support delivery, distributing marketing materials, and liaising with site contacts.
  • Develop and implement a customised communication plan to increase awareness of and engagement in wellness services.
  • Monitor and provide regular booking updates in the lead-up to wellness service delivery to ensure good engagement.
  • Be the point of contact for wellness service facilitators at the head office and for online events.

Requirements:

  • Administration experience is essential.
  • Experience in marketing and/or event management is desirable.
  • PASSION FOR HEALTH AND WELLBEING IS ESSENTIAL.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills and good organisational skills are required.
