About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to work closely with senior leaders, including the CFO, and equity investors. This individual will lead the budgeting and forecasting process, building the Group's corporate model, and drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Lead the Group's strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives
  • Financial Modelling: Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate company performance, assess investment opportunities, and inform strategic decisions
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Own and develop budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools, driving accuracy and efficiency
  • Financial Analysis: Partner with senior leadership to provide financial analysis and advice, supporting decision-making and improving business performance
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting: Prepare and collate the monthly board pack, providing timely and actionable insights

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A strong background in finance and corporate finance, preferably with CA/CPA qualifications
  • C.10 years of experience in FP&A and/or financial modelling
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and external advisors/investors
