Senior Geotechnical Project Lead

This is a demanding and rewarding role for a senior engineer to spearhead complex projects in mine tailings and water dam sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Civil/geotechnical/tailings dam design with advanced numerical modeling tools
  • Geotechnical site characterization and instrumentation monitoring systems development
  • Project/task management, proposal preparation, and client development
  • Engineering reports, design calculations, drawings, technical specifications preparation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering (required)
  • Advanced degree in civil or geotechnical engineering (preferred)
  • At least 8 years of experience in consulting environment (10+ preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of numerical modeling tools and excellent writing and communication skills
