Job Title: Senior Manager, Laboratory Services

">Main Responsibilities:">

  • Administrative Operations: Plan, organize, and supervise administrative operations related to laboratory services.">
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to staff members and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.">
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the organization's reputation or financial stability.">
  • Quality Program: Implement and maintain quality programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.">
  • Human Resources Management: Supervise staff, manage human resources, and provide coaching and development opportunities.">
">Requirements:">

Education: Graduate of recognized school of medical laboratory technology or hold Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) or another discipline related to health administration.

Experience: A minimum of five years' experience in healthcare field with strong leadership and management skills.

Skillset: Strong management skills, including planning, program development and evaluation, conflict resolution, human, financial and material resources management, and problem-solving and analysis.
