Job Description:

The role of Fitness Leader requires an individual who can provide guidance and support to team members, driving success through exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales teams to meet targets
  • Train and develop staff to enhance performance
  • Maintain a positive environment for clients and employees
  • Implement business practices and systems
  • Cleanliness and maintenance of the gym
  • Conduct HR duties such as 1 on 1s, performance reviews, rostering, leave management

Requirements:

  • Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Experience in building relationships
  • Strong integrity and honesty
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Familiarity with fitness trends

Eligibility Criteria:

  • At least 2 years of management experience
  • Customer service and administration skills
  • Holds current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police check
