Senior Quantitative Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantitative Engineer to join our Systematic Markets team, where you will work closely with Trading and Sales teams across Commodities, Trade and Carbon to develop quantitative applications and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales and trading teams to develop user-friendly derivative pricing applications within our Python-based platform.
- Develop and maintain tools to automate processes for Sales and Trading.
- Develop insights and analysis to support sales, trading, and risk management decisions.
- Strong programming skills in Python with a software engineering background.
- Established experience working in a front-office or quantitative role within a financial institution, commodities markets preferred.
- A degree in mathematics, computer science, actuary studies, engineering, quantitative finance, or related field.
- Self-starter with a passion and understanding for the financial markets.
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills with strong influencing and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
