Job Overview

As a Food Production / Kitchen Hand, you will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, responsible for prepping ingredients, making salads and sandwiches, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of ingredients (washing, slicing, portioning, organising)
  • Making salads and fruit salads to recipe
  • Assembling sandwiches, wraps, and sliders
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
  • Following instructions exactly, ensuring attention to detail in every step
  • Collaborating with teammates to achieve high-quality results
Requirements:
  • Experience in cooking, food preparation or commercial kitchens
  • Able to work at least 24 hours per week
  • If visa holder, must have at least 12 months remaining
  • Ability to speak and understand English well enough to follow instructions and communicate with coworkers
  • Physical fitness to perform tasks that involve standing and moving
  • Comfortable working at a consistent pace with minimal distractions
