Training Advisor - Individual Support Role

As a Training Advisor, you will provide flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring. You will join a team of dedicated trainers and get satisfaction from knowing you have empowered your students to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers through your personalised service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Assessing the skills and abilities of your students to tailor your training offering
  • Ensure management of own case load is maintained within identified milestones
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40116 or equivalent
  • Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Minimum 2 years' Industry experience
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • A current, clear National Police Check
  • A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
