We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Training Compliance Manager to oversee compliance across our RTO facilities in Western Australia (WA) and Queensland (QLD).
About the Role- This role will be based in Naval Base, WA, reporting to the RTO Manager and General Manager.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance to ensure adherence to regulations across two RTOs located in Naval Base, WA, and the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
- Ensure both RTOs comply with the Standards for RTOs 2015, ASQA regulations, and other relevant legislative requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to maintain best-practice compliance frameworks.
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and rectification planning to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Manage the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and audit documentation.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance, regulatory changes, and quality assurance processes.
- Oversee student records, course accreditation, and training delivery standards to align with compliance requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison with ASQA and other regulatory bodies.
- Effectively implement the new Standards for RTOs 2025.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance training quality and operational efficiency.
