We operate state-of-the-art training centres at our brand-new facility in Naval Base, WA, as well as our locations in Caloundra and Gladstone, QLD. Our focus is on quality over quantity, delivering the highest training standards.

About the Position:
We are looking for a dedicated Training Compliance Manager to join our team. This role will be based in Naval Base, WA, reporting to the RTO Manager and General Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with ASQA and VET standards related to training, maintaining quality control in training programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain best-practice compliance frameworks.
  2. Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and rectification planning to ensure ongoing compliance.
  3. Manage the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and audit documentation.
  4. Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance, regulatory changes, and quality assurance processes.
