Home Care Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to our elderly customers in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating and independence.
- Offer social support and engage our customers in lifestyle activities to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to maintain our customers' dignity and well-being.
- Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
- Transport customers to appointments and provide social support to promote their overall well-being.

Requirements
- You must have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
- You should be available to work at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday.
