Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Change and Communication Analyst to join our Partnerships & Alliances team. As a key contributor, you'll leverage technical expertise to understand business and technical issues, analyzing changes' impacts on Auto & General and our partners. Your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities will inform and educate partners about change, drive recommendations, and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities- Support the team in delivering effective organizational change management, facilitating sustainable change, timely communication, and on-time delivery of requirements.
- Develop and manage change strategies and supporting plans, ensuring stakeholders and partners are consulted and involved in the change process.
- Own the development and maintenance of stakeholder matrices to support approvals and record stakeholder activity.
- Design and execute change, partner communications, dashboards, and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to clearly articulate, assess, and implement business ideas related to operational process improvements, strategic project delivery, and BAU activities.
- Analyze and understand business needs, expectations, and constraints with subject matter experts and business representatives.
- Translate and document business outcomes for various audiences, including partner needs and their alignment with the Partnership and Alliances strategy.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments, including 'as is' and 'to be' business process impacts and change readiness assessments.
- Support the optimal achievement of planned change and reform benefits for key departmental and divisional change programs and projects.
- Contribute to the development of project communications, engagement, and education materials, ensuring business changes and impacts are identified and understood.
- Identify and execute business engagement activities to improve awareness and commitment to project initiatives for Partnerships and Alliances.
- Maintain a technical, process, and procedural knowledge base content relating to the Partnerships and Alliances business.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence in decision-making ability.
- Analytical skills and a high level of problem-solving.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate activities collaboratively across departments for best business outcomes.
