Swim Instructor Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will have a passion for swimming and fitness, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will work in a supportive environment with a collaborative team.
  • AUS Swim Qualification is preferred, but we can provide paid training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students.
  • Assess student progress and develop individualized lesson plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to achieve team goals.
