Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the efficient running of our facilities, ensuring operational targets are met and that all activities are conducted in accordance with WHS requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Warehouse Operations Team to ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Implement and monitor warehouse policies and procedures to optimize productivity and safety.
- Coordinate staffing schedules, training, and development to build a capable and motivated team.
- Develop and maintain detailed records and generate reports on warehouse activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong focus on health and safety.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High level of technical knowledge and experience in warehouse management.
