Job Description

Elevate your career by leading the digital transformation of a respected aged care provider, delivering scalable and innovative technology solutions that drive operational efficiencies, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client outcomes.

Reporting to the Digital Systems Manager, you will oversee the planning, management, and execution of a portfolio of transformational digital projects, fostering cross-functional relationships that support strategic priorities and innovation spanning multiple business functions.

  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital transformation programs aligned with organisational strategy and objectives.
  • Design, integrate, and manage multidisciplinary digital systems projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and risks are effectively managed.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and resources to project teams, driving successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, secure buy-in, and maintain transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and select technologies that enhance operations, compliance, and client outcomes, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Maintain compliance with legislative, data privacy, and security requirements, working closely with regulatory and compliance teams.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying insights to enhance organisational capability and decision making.

Key Qualifications

  • Degree in computer science, IT, Business, Health Management, or related field.
  • Experience in the Australian aged care sector, leading complex transformation programs.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of current and emerging Australian aged care regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and organisational change leadership skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
