Regulatory Breach Reporting Manager Role

This is a key position within our organization, requiring strong regulatory expertise to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

The Regulatory Breach Reporting Manager will be responsible for managing compliance incidents and providing advice to senior management on risk and compliance matters.

Key responsibilities include supporting the incident and breach management frameworks, undertaking compliance assessments, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

  • Support the development and implementation of compliance strategies and policies.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into compliance incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.

Required skills and qualifications include a tertiary qualification in law, commerce, finance, or a related field, and relevant post-graduate and/or professional qualifications. At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role or compliance role in the financial services industry is desirable.
