Support Staff Officer Level 2

Our preschool in Langhorne Creek seeks a Support Staff Officer Level 2 to work part-time with flexible arrangements considered.
The successful applicant will collaborate closely with the local partnership and tenure-based team to support children aged 3-5 years old.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist staff in providing high-quality educational programs for preschoolers;
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children;
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff;
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures;
- Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
- A relevant qualification in early childhood education or a related field;
- Experience working with young children and their families;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 20kg;
- Valid driver's license (not essential).
