Job Title: Coordinator - Torquay

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging individual to lead our team in providing before and after-school care, as well as vacation care, for children in the school we partner with.

The ideal candidate will support the delivery of our service, fostering a safe, inclusive environment where children can relax, have fun, and grow. We guide children's growth every day, and our engaged educators play a crucial role in this process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program
  • Create daily plans and organization of your service's activities.
  • Supervise and support a group of primary-aged children.
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community.
  • Nurture a positive environment for learning, fun, and play.

Requirements

  • You have an enthusiastic & engaging approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships.
  • You have completed or are studying towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent. (or willing to study towards)
  • You hold a valid Working with Children Check (or are willing to obtain one)
  • You have valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or are willing to obtain)
