About Us
We provide life-changing support to individuals with disabilities, helping over 10,000 participants every year.

The Role
This role involves working collaboratively with others to provide support to our clients in a variety of settings, including daycare centres, schools, homes, and on outreach trips to rural areas.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with managers and stakeholders to engage with participants and grow our service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess participants' physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants achieve their goals.
- Work with your manager to develop strategies for growth and engagement.

Requirements
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude and interest in continually developing your skills.
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
