Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Client Support Consultant to join our support team. This role offers the opportunity to expand knowledge of retail superannuation and/or investments while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, responding to a diverse range of queries across products, processes, and services. It requires collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues and contribute to the enhancement of our products and services.

Core activities include ensuring timely responses to client calls and requests, monitoring a shared support mailbox, building relationships with advisers and clients, and supporting advisers in navigating and transacting on our platform.

Experience sought after includes proven client relationship management skills, passion for providing exceptional customer service, and strong retail superannuation and/or investments knowledge.
