Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our dynamic ICU team at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne.
As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to medical staff

St Vincent's ICU is a tertiary ICU located in the heart of Melbourne, providing care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Postgraduate qualification in Critical Care Nursing
- Minimum 12 months ICU hospital experience
- A passion for continuous quality improvement
