Are you a registered nurse with critical care experience looking for a new challenge? HealthX is offering a range of placements for critical nurses in regional VIC communities as part of our industry-leading Registered Nurse (RN) Sponsorship Program.
You will be employed by HealthX and seconded to work for one of our partners - a leading hospital or health service. Our Soft Landing program will support you throughout your placement.
As a critical care nurse with HealthX, you will have the opportunity to experience a new community and way of life, fast-track your career, and potentially make lifelong friends. To be eligible for this opportunity, you must have current AHPRA registration, critical care experience (minimum of 24 months at Registered Nurse RN level), strong leadership skills, and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. We also welcome experience or background in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health.
On offer are relocation support through our 'Soft Landing Program', great work-life balance, and fantastic remuneration and benefits. Note that these positions are not open to new or recent graduates and the successful candidates must have a minimum of 24 months experience in an acute setting (in Australia or a similar healthcare system).
