Job Description

The role of the Fitter involves assembling pumps in accordance with established quality standards and performing routine maintenance on equipment as needed. The Fitter works closely with the Leading Hand to resolve discrepancies in pump components and product defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assemble pumps in line with accepted quality practices.
  • Tend machines as required.

The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure a high level of product quality is maintained. This involves providing recommendations for improving product assembly methods, equipment performance, and overall product quality.
