High-Performance Media Director

Clemenger BBDO is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our performance media teams.

Responsibilities- Lead multiple performance media teams across a diverse portfolio of clients
- Develop and upskill team talent, fostering both technical expertise and creative confidence
- Drive performance, innovation, and efficiency across campaigns and internal processes
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients as a digital partner and problem-solver
- Guide operational and strategic performance across key platforms
Key Requirements: A proven leader in digital media with experience overseeing multi-client portfolios and large teams, hands-on expertise across various platforms, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to think commercially and act strategically.
