About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for managing budgets from initial planning through to completion, ensuring financial goals align with best practices. You will work closely with a skilled project team to develop and oversee cost plans, conduct take-offs, manage variations, and provide precise trade breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee cost plans to ensure budget adherence throughout project stages.
  • Conduct take-offs, manage variations, and provide precise trade breakdowns.
  • Perform site valuations and track progress, offering timely financial reporting.
  • Use Cubit and Cost X for cost control and forecasting.
  • Support contract administration, procurement, and risk management alongside project managers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  • AIQS membership (preferred but not essential).
  • 3+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally on commercial or infrastructure projects.
  • Skilled in Cubit, Cost X, and MS Excel, with strong analytical abilities.
  • Team-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
