Job Title: Area Sales Manager, Graphics, Oceania

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at UPM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers in the Oceania and Southeast Asia regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the Graphics industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including merchant partners and printers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer commitments are met and customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and customer needs to provide solutions and drive sales growth
  • Plan and execute effective sales plans to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent/relevant experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales or a commercial role, preferably in the Graphics industry
  • Deep technical and commercial understanding of the Graphics market
  • Experience in relationship/account management
  • Fluency in English (additional Asian language skills a bonus)
  • Exhibition of UPM values: achieve together, renew with courage, trust and be trusted
  • Business understanding and knowledge, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills
