Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement WHS strategies aligned with client frameworks
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory matters including privacy, quality, modern slavery, and cyber threats
  • Conduct thorough property audits and reviews, and implement training programs to enhance compliance and safety
  • Manage public liability claims and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate compliance documentation and reporting, including national trackers and client updates

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, safety, or risk roles within commercial property or corporate environments
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective WHS frameworks
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
