We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Food and Beverage Expert.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, have prior experience in a restaurant or bar setting, and demonstrate a passion for beer, smoked food, and milkshakes.
Key Responsibilities- Take Orders and Serve: Take orders from customers with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Provide Recommendations: Offer recommendations on beer and wine pairings, smoked dishes, and milkshakes to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the dining and bar areas are clean and organized at all times.
- Prior Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge and Passion: Knowledge and passion for beer, smoked food, and milkshakes are essential.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with team members and customers.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Valid RSA: Valid RSA certification is mandatory.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a 7-day roster, including breakfast and dinner shifts. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team and contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our customers.
