Electrical Leadership Opportunity: We're seeking a seasoned electrical maintenance professional to lead our Concentrator teams in delivering reliable and efficient asset operations.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical installations meet relevant standards
  • You will drive compliance with structured maintenance systems and work procedures
  • Lead effective shift handovers and provide clear direction to the oncoming team
  • Manage backlog reviews to ensure work orders are completed or rescheduled
  • Oversee incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up to drive continuous improvement
  • Escalate and communicate critical issues with Planning, Operations and Maintenance teams
  • Support technicians in capturing and raising issues using established tools and systems
  • Manage rosters effectively to ensure sufficient coverage and resourcing
  • Ensure team members are trained and competent for their assigned tasks

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in mining or heavy industry is essential
  • A valid Electrical Supervisor Certificate from NNSW is required
  • HV3 qualification (Surface or Underground) is mandatory
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills under pressure
  • A proven commitment to safe work practices and procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
