Lead Technologies Educator

We are seeking a visionary educator to lead our Technologies Faculty, driving innovation and fostering excellence in teaching and learning.

The successful applicant will have:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Design, Technology, or related fields).
  • Proven leadership experience within an educational institution, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
  • A deep understanding of Technologies education, including curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire staff, students, and external partners.
  • A commitment to promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about Technologies education and committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences. They will also have a strong background in engineering, design, and technology education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic direction and continuous improvement of the Technologies curriculum.
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in Design Technologies and Engineering.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative learning environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving.
  • Mentor and support staff within the Technologies Faculty, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Build partnerships with industry leaders, universities, and external stakeholders to enhance student learning opportunities and outcomes.
