Job Title: Sunday Monday Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced receptionist to work on Sundays and Mondays.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years in an administrative support role, with strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and provide exceptional customer service.

A confident first impression on the phone is crucial for this role, and experience in hospitality and working with OpenTable is highly preferred.

Key responsibilities include managing calls, reservations, and inquiries, organising gift vouchers and cake orders, and distributing weekly reports to management.
