_**What is the role?**_

Join The Grounds of Alexandria as our casual receptionist Sunday and Monday only

**_What you'll do_**
- Manage all calls, reservations, and inquiries across the Grounds Group.
- Tasks include organising gift vouchers, managing cake orders, general inquiries, social media community management, distributing weekly reports to management, and operating software such as OpenTable.
- You are an integral part of our Office and Events team, and will also be called on to assist with events administration and inquiries as the need arises.

You are passionate about working with people and going above and beyond to create exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint. You'll have a keen eye for detail, delivering accurate and consistent outcomes, and no task is too small for your attention.

**_What you'll need_**
- A minimum of two years in an administrative support role
- Availability to work Sunday - Monday
- Confident ability and exceptional first impression on the phone
- Overall strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Passionate about and friendly approach to customer service
- Accurate and consistent attention to detail
- Experience in hospitality and working with Open Table preferred
