About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team at Hudson RPO. As a Management Accounting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the continued success of our business by providing financial insights and strategic guidance to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end management reporting and prepare comprehensive reports, including recommendations, to key stakeholders.
  • Partner and collaborate with our client account leaders as their trusted commercial advisor, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Deliver financial analysis activities, including performance forecasting, account modeling, and cost structure reviews.
  • Manage forecasting and budgeting activities and monitor performance against targets.
  • Drive efficiencies, improve processes, and deliver a financial approach that aligns with our key business goals.
  • Deliver corporate governance procedures, risk management, and internal controls.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong financial acumen and a commercial mindset. You will have the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data and effectively partner and advise non-financial stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Highly capable across financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, with experience working with relevant tools and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
